We offer a 30 day return policy after the date of purchase. All returns are subject to inspection of Flow Components & Industrial Supply. The suction hose must have functioning capabilities and must have no damage to them in order for a return. If the hose you've purchased has been used, and is not in resellable condition (
meaning no cosmetic damage to the hose or fittings, or the usage as well),
we will not accept the item.
If a hose is deemed defective upon receipt Flow Components and Industrial Supply will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on the total value of the item. If you ordered a hose through one of our free shipping listings you will receive a partial refund due to is paying to ship the item out the first time. If an item is ordered incorrectly, or if the customer has changed their mind about an order, then the buyer will be subject to a 25% restock fee. After the 30 day return policy the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges when shipping back to Flow Components & Industrial supply.
If you receive a product that has been deemed defective or damaged upon receipt, Flow Components & Industrial Supply will replace the item or issue a refund depending on the total value of the item.
