Anritsu S400A Option 5 (power monitor/Meter) Site Master for 25MHz-4GHz, with new battery & charger,This has been fully tested and works great. There is a crack in the front case starting under the left bumper and coming down the front under the A in Anritsu and coming down towards the screen. This in no way affects the unit operation. Photos also show measuring a terminated 2.375GHz filter, measuring a 20dB offset and measuring a 1mW power reference using an Anritsu detector in the power mode.
