ITEM DESCRIPTION:
High Quality 19mm PD19 Carburetor (stock is 18mm) for 50 60 80 or 100cc engines.
Jet Size Info:
Main is #82 and Pilot is #30 (I had to check the sizes with my jet size kit...because the stock jets are not marked).
NOTE:
I used one of these carbs on my GY6 scooter with a bone stock motor (but with perf. exhaust and minor air box mods) and it did not require any jetting...  so for most applications it should be a bolt on deal (see jetting disclosure below).
NOTE:
This is an OEM style 19mm oversized carburetor specifically designed for GY6 50cc engines with an 80cc (47mm) big bore kit installed. This is also an excellent choice for a modified 50 or 60cc GY6.
NOTE:
This carb is an copy of a Keihin CVK PD19J carb and will bolt on without any modifications (may need minor jetting in some applications).
NOTE:
This carb will work with an unmodified 100cc engine but I have a 20mm carb that would be better suited (found in another listing). If you have a 50mm (100cc) big bore kit with other modifications... you will definitely need a 20mm carb.
NOTE:
Jetting requirements are subject to many variables not limited to, year, make and model of machine, state of tuning of your engine, engine modifications and altitude the machine is operated. For this reason, there is no warranty on any carburetor unless it has been installed and jetted by a professional mechanic (proof will be required).
