Ground.  A tracking number will be provided through eBay.  You will typically receive your item within 7-10 business days.  If you do not receive your item and the tracking has shown delivered, or it has been over 10 business days, please contact us so we can handle accordingly.
RETURNS:
Please contact us first before returning for approval and ship-to address. Item MUST be returned uninstalled, unused, in original packaging and pre-approved within 7 business days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, which will not be reimbursed. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Copy of packing slip and/or print out of the listing must be included, along with any other relevant information related to purchase.
