The item is in

cosmetic and working condition.
Upon inspection of the device,
I noticed the type of scuffs and scratches that happen with normal use.
All ports and connectors are in good cosmetic condition.
There are rubber feet missing from the back and bottom of the device.
The back corners of the case are cracked and have pieces broken off.
The hinge has been replaced with a non OEM hinge/screws.
There are heavy scratches and scuffs on the outside of the device.
The paint is chipping in some areas.
I was able to power on the device.
The LED displays work as they should.
All LED lights work as they should.
I was able to hear each different tone (Pulse, Stim On, FM) through the included headphones using the bone, left phone and right phone ports.
All buttons were tested to be working.
I was able to change the intensity and frequency of the tones using the respective knobs.
The masking knob was tested to be working.
Product is in working condition.
This item does not come with a Patient response switch.
