This durable feeder is also made in the USA. The cup compartments at the bottom of the feeder are designed to eliminate the possibility of bolting and coke. The prevent feeder causes the horse keep its head down in the natural feeding position. The horse is able to get the feed out of each individual cup compartments with its tongue and lips. This increases the amount of saliva produced by the horse and begins the digestion processes. Prevent feeders reduce the chances of feed dropping on the ground and reduces the ingestion of dirt, sand, and parasites.
