This is a Precious Moments "Princess of Hearts" pattern bed skirt.
Custom Made??, Queen bed size with 17" drop.
A small 7" repair was made at one end near drop and a small hole remains in white under bed portion. This should not be visible when skirt is on bed.  Other than this small item, skirt is in good condition.
